Compact, easy-to-use unit features sleek designing with up-to-date electronics and the latest optical components for improved capabilities and longevity. Runs tests faster, more efficiently and more accurately than the old style Spectronic 20’s. Menu driven user prompts, 10 key operation and self-diagnostic error messages simplify use. Unit includes a single position cell holder, five disposable cuvettes, RS-232C port, dust cover and operator’s manual. Overall dimensions: 12″ W x 13″ D x 7″ H (30 x 33 x 19 cm); weight: 10 lbs. (4.5 kg).  VISIONlite™ software provides users with a wide range of data handling, recording and processing capabilities for performing full spectral scans, kinetics, single and multi-wavelength and standard curves analyses. It combines a user-friendly Windows®-based package with the Genesys™ Helios Series, AquaMate and BioMate™. Individual functions include: Scan: records a spectrum of a sample for measurement or characterization.  Rate: measures the change of samples at a specific wavelength over a period of time. Fixed: performs measurements from one to 31 wavelengths to analyze multiple components in a sample, or to precisely monitor complex changes. Quant: measures sample concentrations based on either a standard curve or by an entered calibration factor.
